Terms and Conditions

1. Regulatory Compliance

Permit Status: 

Educational services are conducted in full compliance with UAE regulations, operating under the authority of valid permits required by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and the Ministry of Education (MoE).

Professional Conduct: 

The Provider strictly adheres to the mandated Code of Conduct for private educators, ensuring ethical teaching standards, neutrality, and the maintenance of student-tutor professional boundaries.

2. Nature of Services

Independent Provision: 

All academic, educational, and strategic support services are provided by an independent freelance contractor.

Performance Disclaimer: 

Services are delivered on a “best-efforts” basis. While professional expertise is utilized to assist in achieving academic and strategic goals, no specific grade, band score, university placement, or business outcome is guaranteed.

3. Financial Terms and Refund Policy

Package Commitment: 

Services are provided in pre-paid 10-session blocks to ensure academic and strategic continuity.

No Refund Policy: 

All payments are final. Due to the nature of reserved time and customized service preparation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to student withdrawal, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with results.

Logistics: 

Travel surcharges for in-person sessions outside of primary urban hubs are fixed and agreed upon during the initial needs analysis. These surcharges are non-refundable once the service block has commenced.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice Period: 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule.

Forfeiture: 

Any session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a “no-show,” will be marked as delivered and deducted from the 10-session block with no option for rescheduling or credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Warranties: 

All materials, guidance, and strategies are provided on an “as is” basis. The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided for any specific outcome.

Liability Cap: 

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Provider’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services provided shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current 10-session block.

Indirect Damages: 

The Provider is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, failure to meet academic deadlines, or business losses.

6. Data and Confidentiality

Privacy: 

All student and client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Personal data is handled in accordance with UAE Federal Data Protection Laws.

Communication: 

Professional boundaries are maintained at all times. All communication must occur through official, designated channels.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, strategy blueprints, and educational resources provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. These are for individual or internal client use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

Acceptance of Terms: 

By engaging in any service, scheduling a session, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
